- How long have you been in the industry? I have been in the industry for 8 years as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. As an S&C coach, I have worked with an elite youth AFL club that competed in the U18 State League and a VFL team in Senior state league and I’m also running strength programs with a highschool sports academy.
- What sport did you participate in as a kid? I played Australian Rules football from under 9’s up to seniors. I also played a few different sports at school.
- What is your #1 fitness tip? Consistency! You need to stick to a program and be patient for results. Bouncing around between the new greatest program will not get you anywhere. So knuckle down for the grind.
- Whats your favourite season? I’m torn I love summer weather, but my favourite sports are winter sports.
- What is your favourite quote/words to live by? “Run when you can, walk if you have to, crawl if you must; just never give up.” – Dean Karnazes
- Why did you get into the industry? I always enjoyed anything physical and was highly interested in increasing performance. So helping others increase performance is dream job.
- Whats your go-to treat? Ice-cream, no matter the weather.

- How long have you been in the industry? 7 years – I started as a PT at 21 years old.
- What sport did you participate in as a kid? I did Taekwondo. I got to compete interstate many times, and overseas once.
- What is your #1 fitness tip? RECOVERY! Must remember to rest and do active recovery to keep building, otherwise you breakdown.
- Whats your favourite season? Summer – I love the beach!

- Why did you get into the industry? I’ve always been active and I have a real passion to help people achieve their goals.
